Hi all!

I am about to start in a small startup. Unfortunately, it
has no equivalent of a 401K plan as yet. I am trying to determine
what to do with my 401K money!

Preferrably I would like to avoid putting it into an IRA, since
the tax deductible limit is $2000/year. Is there a 401K equivalent
with at least the same $9500 tax free limit that also allows you
to borrow against it for your first home?

Thanks for any advice,
MrJones
