A friend of mine is switching from her old Dell to a new iMac.. Has anyone been using this iMac and what would be your opinion/thoughts?

She is a professional photographer and designer...

I have no clue how/what is done with her Windows files other than to install Windows. Which is the best windows program?

Best way to manage back up disks and TM with an iMac?

Is it easy to install RAM in the new iMac 27"?

I am advising her to make her purchase online Apple store or thru the business store so she can configure what she wants. She will get the NAPP discount.

Most important are opinions on the IMac!

Thanks,

Birgit
