Is this a new job that has sprung up or have they been around for a while? It seems from the article that this is a new job that has been created as a result of the "forclosure bailout"

If you think about it we seem to have a whole industry that is based on helping us get out of our own financial disasters, debt counselors, deb t consolidators, bankruptcy lawyers, and now foreclosure prevention counselors.
