If this new SS tax law, about not taxing wages and salaries goes through. Will capital gains and dividends and interest, also be included in not being taxed? This is a very important and timely question because of estimated tax for year 2000 being due in April. Thank you very much for any info. you can give. ~~~~~~~~~~jgvoelling~~~~~~~~~~
