That's in addition to 4,700 homes being built just to the east in SouthWood Preliminary plans show the new development, which includes about as much commercial space as Governor's Square mall, would go on 1,625 acres west of SouthWood along Tram Road and Capital Circle Southeast to Woodville Highway. Some real-estate brokers in 2004 asked the city to encourage new development there....
