Next: anyone like a particular cheap Blu-Ray DVD Player they can recommend? I don't need one that connects to the internet, my little Roku doing just fine.

Ken

Take a look at the LG BD620C (http://www.lg.com/hk/tv-audio-video/video/LG-BD620.jsp ). Costs about $80 or so at Future Shop. It does have Internet capability but, at that price and you have the Roku, just don’t use it. A good set: gives 1080p raw and upscaling through HDMI and has all the advanced codecs if you decide to expand your system into 5.1. However, using just your TV’s speakers the codecs can be down-streamed into two channels.

Nice TV, the JVC, and you made out like a bandit on the price. As for the wobblies, get some UHU Tak putty from Staples and stick it down. If you’re concerned about the set itself still being wobbly, get some picture hanging wire and secure the set directly to the wall.
