First post to this board. I don't sleep well at night, get up every hour hour and half wander or eat and wander. Read about NES online,
about eating disorders.
have gotten really fat since this started 4-5 years ago. Started seeing a nutritionist and have lost 5lbs so far .Eating at night really messes with weight loss though. Sometimes I think I'm awake and othertimes I feel like I'm sleepwalking. i find the food debris in the morning. I just stated Zoloft yesterday, and started an exercise program today(walking). Anyone have any experience with this? I thought I was crazy 'til I saw a Q&A about it in The WallStreet Journal.
