Nik, I too am long. and I haven't seen anthing competitvely that makes me believe they are loosing ground. One-to-one customer relationships on the internet are key, and frankly it's a very hard-to-execute thing. So their headstart in the market should matter.

It's about time I re-visited their financials to better understand their staying power.
