The physical therapy is a new field addressing pressure points in the body that refer to migraine pain locations. My headaches are so resistant to help. I have done the physical therapy now for four months with no apparent help for my headaches, but I wouldn't let my experience discourage you. I have a complicated medical history with brain tumor surgeries. As for the pain management doc, he's great, and tells me new categories of drugs dealing with opain receptors look promising. Said, statistically, old drugs have only worked 25% of the time.
