HI I'am a 24 years old and looking for some retirement options. I am switching jobs and my new company does not offer a 401k, they have about 22 employees and offer stock options. I am currently maxing out my Roth IRA. Is there any tax sheltered investing options for me since my company doesn't offer a 401k?
