Run away!

(sorry couldn't resist)

I'd actually feel a little better about the car if it had 25-30k miles. 10k is EXTRAORDINARILY low mileage for a 10 year old car. What climate? Was it kept indoors? Was it driven once a week consistently? How long did it sit?

I'd be curious what issues could arise from a car sitting and being started or driven infrequently. Dry seals/gaskets being my major concern.
