But I logged in today to find this mail fron B&H that I received yesterday "Dear so and so:Thank you for using BUYandHOLD to help you achieve yourinvestment goals.We regret to inform you that your E-ZVest purchase did notoccur as scheduled because your BUYandHOLD Instant Depositis currently invalid.To resolve this issue, please login to your account toupdate your BUYandHOLD Instant Deposit information orcontact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-646-8212,Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm, Eastern Time orvia e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.Sincerely,BUYandHOLD, a Division of Freedom InvestmentsBUYandHOLD c/o Freedom Investments, Inc.375 Raritan Center Parkway Edison, NJ 08837" Of course I was immediately worried that I was overdrafted but scrollingn back through the email, I found this message that I had received exactly 17 days before. "Dear so and so:Thank you for using BUYandHOLD to help you achieve yourinvestment goals and for setting up BUYandHOLD InstantDeposit, a link from your personal bank account to yourBUYandHOLD account.In order for your BUYandHOLD Instant Deposit to remain ineffect, we must receive a signed Instant DepositAuthorization Form from you. If we do not receive the formwithin 20 days, your BUYandHOLD Instant Deposit will berestricted until the form is received.If you would like to maintain your BUYandHOLD InstantDeposit but don't have a copy of the form, simply login toyour BUYandHOLD account, click on "Print" under "ClicktoPrint BUYandHOLD Instant Deposit" next to the appropriateaccount. And only 17 days after the request was made. I've been doing E-ZVest instant deposit from the checking account in question for over 1.5 years. That was one reason I switched over from Ameritrade. I hated having to send a check in every time I wanted to buy stock. I'm not bitching however it caught me by surprise. I don't recall ever seeing mention of it in here. -Stebalo
