No one is being forced to shop there last I heard.

But maybe they should be encouraged *not* to use that model, by chaning the building rules to encourage public transport and fewer cars - isn't that the argument here? "Feel free to open another model" doesn't work when the market is going to drive to the lowest point with the greatest cost forced onto others. And people ARE opening other models, they are still using them in Europe, for example. Eaton in OH is really nice, and that's pretty low-car. Your argument seems circular - we must support it because people operate that way, people operate that way because it works, because it works it must be right, and we must therefore support it.....
