My apologies to Aruba- I haven't been on this board before, and if this topic has already been covered, please accept my apologies.I went shopping yesterday, and an incident that happened made me angry enough that I am still thinking about it today. I went to Victoria's Secret to get a bridal shower gift for my friend. After making my selections, I approached the cash register where I paid for them ($77!). As she was wrapping the items, I asked for a shopping bag with handles since I had a train ride home and the handle-less bags get difficult to manage.I was told by the clerk "Sorry, those bags are only for perfume purchases. I can't give you one." Mind you, there was a HUGE stack of them sitting temptingly behind the register. Well, I needed the gift, and time was of the essence, but what has customer service come to when you can't get a shopping bag with handles after spending $77 in a store?Okei, I feel better, and my $0.02 is going to a worthy charity. :)Irisand~
