but I did eat a beef hamburger and a salad today. O'Charley's no longer has a filet mignon on their menu...just sirloin...I don't care for it, too dang chewy and gristly for me. I got my iron.

Nice visit with brother and he brought xmas presents which were fun to open up. :)

went to Costco for rx and a few other things and then went to 2nd choral class.....I feel lost in class and don't know what my range is and comparing myself to others, well I don't think I'll be going back next wk. Someone was wearing heavy perfume and now my sinuses and lung are all inflamed and I feel like chit.

oh woe is me, at least I didn't have car problems like tele and spend the day running around.....that's so tiring and frustrating.
