No -- the fact that you're making "perfect payments"with your car loan will not influence the credit card companies. Why are you late with *those* payments? (And how did you get a car loan with late payments on your credit cards?)
No, they don't care that you're trying hard "to be good". They just want their money. Your credit will be affected until you get those cards paid up (and paid off), and then a few months or a year will have to pass before it begins to clear from your record.
