Nobody can offer specific advice with so little info about your overall situtaion. On the other hand, I've read numerous articles from respected folks that say that it would be a mistake to hold out for a return the pre-bust real estate prices, or anything close to those prices. If you can afford it, just get rid of the property and move on, but that's just me.
