normally Thanksgiving is shrimp scampi & caesar salad day.

However, I returned home from Europe via New Orleans Tuesday to find a 22lb turkey in my fridge.

The neighbor who was watching the dogs put it there since she had no room for 2 in her fridge.
She invited us over for Thanksgiving dinner.
When I asked what we could bring, she said - can you just cook the turkey?

I said that GoMC would brine & cook it -
She said I don;t know what brining is- so OK

I told her that brining sometimes shrinks the Turkey a little.

So when it is time to bring it over, I am putting a fully cooked cornish game hen in a gigantic Roasting pan and taking it to her house and telling her hat I don't know what happened.

peace & pranks
