The news today that Nortel made a profit represents the start of the bottoming out. Declining YTY revenues for the next quarter or two should keep this stock low for a while but by Q2 2008 there'll be a sense that this company can really get back on track.

The number shares outstanding is mind-boggling but if EPS grows then price of this stock will start to turn around.
