Not here, but it's a good concept. Although I am not in the industry, I have the opinion that energy efficiency will only be adopted slowly by the mainstream. For example, to hear the advertisements, you would think that just replacing old light bulbs with the compact flourescent units is the solution to all our problems. What BS. There are more extreme building solutions possible, but they are not ready for "prime time." Underground home? Super-insulated? Sure, if you build it yourself. Does it make any sense to heat (or cool) the entire 2000 (3000, 4000, etc.) sq. ft. of a home? Of course not, it's completely insane. But it what the typical buyer expects.
