Not that I won't eat 'em, just that they're not as good as hot outta the fryer, to me anyways.

That certainly is true.

I have found that I can arrange them cross-ways on a toaster oven grate and then toast them for a few minutes. The residual oil in the fries heats up and they start to fry some more. Probably only three or four minutes (I would guess...I just watch them and listen for the hiss). Still not as good as fresh from the fryer, but a reasonable approximation thereof.
