Now that management has ruined this once strong company lets blame the economy, no lets start a 800 number so we can turn in all the shop stl,s that are stealing our company blind and running our shops like (joe blows truck repair). Its clear that management is pointing the finger somewhere else to get the heat off them.Dont they understand there the ones who hired these idiots in the first place. Not only that but know they dont want to do anything about these people and there actions. Two wrongs does not make a right. Its clear that management is totally lost and in a panic looking for quick fixes. There giving ultimatums to shop managers to produce good numbers or else, hey thats easy the computers only give out what you put in( Lies in , lies out) Where all doing fine according to the numbers then why is our company in a death spiral. The only way where going to get out of this is to get rid of all upper management. Clean the slate completely, but where are we going to find these people who still believe in honesty and integrity. How about right here, under managements noses the hard working ,loyal people in the Front lines !! who made this company what it once was.
