Here is a link to a previously recorded webinar presentation by Advancing Excellence in America's Nursing Homes. The original audience for this is nursing home administrators. 800 were on the original call. However, if you have anyone in a nursing home, or if you work in one, I would at least recommend this.

Towards the end they have some remarks from an administrator for a home that used to have more than a 20% resident restraint rate.
