Oh, lawyer fees don't sound very exciting. Thanks for the input. Her father has been acting as her main advisor through all of this, and he is very deliberate in his choice of actions. They are just about ready to dive into all the legal stuff, but I just thought I would see what The Fool community had to say. Pretty much what I already suspected, which is there are no desirable outcomes in this situation. Can you blame me for holding out a faint glimmer of hope?
