I posted the following question in 'Saving for College' board which failed to attract any response: Thanks for any response.Alright! It looked almost impossible to research all the 529 plans available!! But based on my following criteria I short listed Ohio CollegeAdavantage 529 plan:- Availability of stock funds (mostly Vanguard stock funds - Domestic & International)- Availability of Cash funds just in case to park cash- Low expenses (again cheap Vanguard funds) - Fund managed by the state authority resulting in low/no program expenses- Since I am planning on choosing my own mutual funds I do not really care about the performance of ready-made portfolios in any 529 plan. I live in Mass. and do not have funds in the state available for state tax exempt. Therefore it does not matter where I open 529 a/c. I am sure there are other 529 plans available with the above criteria. But I find it almost impossible to research all available 529 plans. Anybody see any flaw in my argument? or know of any better 529 plan that meets the above criteria? Thanks for your comments!
