i really haven't made much money the past 4 years since i left college. In fact, the irs probably owes me money. I'm a dual citizen, us/canada

and have only worked in the us for 10 months in that time, the rest i worked a bit in canada

here we go

1, i haven't filed a us tax return in four years
am i in deep shit? like i said, under normal circumstances, say if i had filed, i would be owed money

what can i do to get in the clear, any idea how much in penalties i might be in for?

thanks for any insight.
