last night

a body

scan meditation

it was

really good

very relaxing

and it

works well

what you

do is

lie down

and think of

each part

of your

body one

by one

and relax

each part!

one by one

and as

you do

this you

end up

really relaxed

and you

find any

areas of

pain and

try and

get rid

of them

if possible!!

it worked

trust me

it was fab
