Okay, so I printed out all the forms...the 1065, and the K1s. I gave a copy of the K1s to each partner and then I signed the 1065 and mailed it off to the IRS with a copy of the K1s.Then I realized, after I had dropped off the envelope, that I had left out the paperwork from our broker.Do I need to send that along, or do the investment houses send a copy anyway?Am I fretting for nothing...or is Uncle Sam going to come calling? You're fretting for nothing. You don't send the broker's paperwork with your return. The IRS gets the 1099 information directly from the broker.Ira
