Back over 3%, been holding and adding since mid 2000, and my YOC is 7.33%. Going to add some more next week, lower my current YOC, but they raise dividend pretty regularly, and I am still 15 years away from retirement. Plus, as a percentage of my overall portfolio, it's low, and just above my "risky" plays for turnarounds. RAD (5.26%) the riskiest and the RF (6.39%), and currently OMI is only 5.89%. So, figure add, and re-balance percentages. Like my dividend stocks to be weighted higher than my, "hope to hit the long ball" plays (which, I prefer to total less than 10% of my portfolio.
