On 2/11/00 Wellington Management filed a 13G stating it owns 7.46% of NATR. FMR Corp. (Fidelity Investments) filed a 13G/A which indicates a 7.745% interest, up from 5.961% interest disclosed on 2/12/99. Also, the two preceding days have seen a jump in stock price on higher than average volume. I think these developments, along with the nascent awakening in general of value-oriented stocks, are good signs that the stock has promise. Confirmation of the filings by Wellington and FMR can be found at EDGAR at the following link:

Look at SC 13G/A filed 2/11/2000 and SC 13G filed 2/12/1999 for the two FMR filings. The Wellington disclosure is SC 13G also filed on 2/11/00.
