On second thought, seems like we need to put disambiguation in the term article--probably in the first paragraph.

That is because we cannot have three "turnover" articles to link to, because software will only allow one (unless we use invisible characters or some similar device to distingush them and then editing and keeping them all separate gets complicated).

So if a term in an article gets linked in an article the link has to be to the main stem which can be a disambiguation page or can be the most common form of the term and include disambiguation in the first paragraph (in some standard format).
