Once, at WDW, to be selected to work for Disney was an honor, because they didn't take just anyone. Now they do, and it shows.

I went to Epcot in late October, and found the employees to be wonderful. One gentleman at Disney Downtown named Frank (whose wedding ring had Mickey Mouse ears around it) particularly went out of his way to be helpful. Overall, I have high praises for the employees interfacing with the guests.
