two weeks ago at the insistence of the "DW" (LOL!) i had my hair cut.

cut pretty well down to about 1/2", down from over a foot in length. there was a crazy pile of hair on the floor when we finished.

well, i'm not pining for it, it had really become a nuisance and i was only keeping it long out of some perverse "don't quit" fanatic spell i had cast on myself. it looks halfway decent now, if i do say myself, being only slightly longer on the sides than i kept it in the Marines, and quite short on top. and my wife is ecstatic. which is what matters most...i told her "if i knew it would make you this happy, i would have done it months ago..."

anyways. i guess no one will read this, but who cares. i'm pretty sick of myself and my selfish gabe-centric ways. time to change. first the hair, now the rest.

adios for now,
