I was in WW a decade ago and vaguely remember that you can substitute items for each other, if you don't like/want a particular item. I hate milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, etc. I find the smell nauseating. I will eat cheese. What types of items can you substitute for milk and milk products in order to ensure proper calcium levels? Somehow, I don't think eating 3 servings of cheese a day in order to meet the USDA Pyramid guidelines for dairy is the greatest thing to do...
