ong term, like 5 years or more, what do you or anyone here think about the prospects for this company?

Assuming they continue to make quality is still too hard to say. They get a nice premium due to the "cool" effect. A lot of kids and upcoming athletes like the product over Nike. But, that can change easily. My nephews seem to be migrating back toward Nike, with one putting a Nike gift card on his Xmas list for the second year in a row (loves their soccer cleats).

So with "fashion", it is really hard to look out 5 years. But I think they will still be around and making inroads. Not currently invested though.

Keep you eyes on what the "kids" think is cool. Watch how Dick's sporting goods does and how much floor space they give UA vs Nike. Same for floor space in The Sports Authority.
