Good morning, everyone. :)I saw a post a bit earliet where it was recommended to shop from online nurseries due to potential cost savings. I was wondering if you all would take a moment to recommend your favorite online nurseries. (If one has spectacular customer service or selection, please feel free to highlight that.)Thank you!heathritaPS - Peace Lily has been placed back in the house, and the cats have not dined on it yet :)
I use two online nurseries but I only by fruit bushes or trees. One is Pense for small fruits such as blueberries and the other is Arborday fondation for trees. Have ha good luck with both. here is a link to a site tho that I have perused quite a bit. It includes a lot of feedback on the nurseries it links to. http://pbmfaq.dvol.com/herb
These are the three I used this year (I have used Gurneys and Van Bourgondien in the past)http://gurneys.com/ (have some backorder issues, but when I do get their stuff, it is really in excellent health and you can't beat their prices)http://www.forestfarm.com/http://www.dutchbulbs.com/ Note: For Gurneys and Van Bourgondien, also request their physical catalogue, sometimes there are sales and specials (and discounts) listed in their catalogues that are not on-line.Jennifer
