Dear The Motley Fool staff:

I am again writing to you regarding an individual on TMF who PERSISTS in making me and my PERSONAL, PRIVATE life the subject matter of messages here on the Discount Brokers message board. For example, this individual said, "Again, DevinJones, are you bitter and out of a job?" He also said, "I don't know who cracks me up more, DevinJones or these guys."

Although I have asked this individual to stop making these repeated PERSONAL and PRIVATE comments and I have asked The Motley Fool for help many times, the individual has refused. And when I defend myself against these PERSONAL messages (which I have a RIGHT TO DO if they remain on this board), the individual continues to post further messages about me. For instance, after I said that one of the individual's messages was "personal ridicule" and "harassment," the individual said, "MORE DEMEANING AND FALSE ALLEGATIONS! Another personal attack. How long is TMF going to allow this? HELP!"

If this individual stopped writing PERSONAL, PRIVATE messages about me or TMF did not allow the individual to, I would NOT say a word about this individual.

As you know, TMF's Terms of Service say:

"You may not use or allow others to use your Fool membership to:

Post or transmit any content that is abusive, vulgar, obscene, hateful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or which discloses private or personal matters concerning any person."

However, in the last three weeks, this individual has posted the following messages that make me the subject of the messages:

1. http://boards.fool.com/Message.asp?id=1040005008492000

2. http://boards.fool.com/Message.asp?id=1040005008490001

24. http://boards.fool.com/Message.asp?id=1040005008139001

If you search back into 1999, you will find even more personal messages.

This board is for the free and open discussion of discount and online brokers. It is not for making comments about the PERSONAL and PRIVATE matters of me or any other member.

Again, if this individual's messages about PERSONAL and PRIVATE matters are not on this board, I will say NOTHING about this individual.

Thank you very much for your attention and help regarding this matter.

I look forward to your reply.
