What could it mean when company says they are making a "strategic investment plan involving an operating margin reduction in 2015"

I am new to investing and reading earning reports and I saw this in relation why an analyst was raising the target price on a stock.

I am just not fully sure I understand what it means and further why that could entail.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely, Chris
