Oregon Pinot seems to change dramatically in the bottle from day to day sometimes. We've opened some old ones that were much better than we expected and then opened another bottle from the same case that was over the hill.

Well, there are a lot of experts here and I'm not one of them, but I'm wondering if when you buy by the case you can get some bottles that are properly corked and maybe one that was not?

I'd like to buy some wine by the case---that sounds to me like a worthwhile endeavour. I've only done it a handful of times in my life but I think I could get used to it if I set my mind to it.

Best to you,

sazeracked
