Hi Folks,
I've run into a jam with my series 2 Toshiba w/DVD player. The mechanics seem to be working but the software/setup seems to be glitchy since a power outage. Anybody have a suggestion for tech support on set-up issues?
I need some one who can walk me through steps to bring back my cable box signal.
It will play things recorded before the outage and it will record as set but only a blank screen since the outage and displays a message 'Searching for signal on: Cable Box In'
I just had some surgery and have limited mobility and a limited amount of time with assistance. The cable system is fully functional so I'm pretty sure it's just a setting/setup problem, rebooting was not successful.
Where do you guys go for direct help that doesn't require wading through forums. I'd be happy to pay for good support.
