Military Brats What is there to say about military bratdom. I'd say it makes you more tolerant (which it generally does) because of your exposure to so many places, people, cultures, foods, customs, etc. Many brats become good at comedy or public speaking, as they are used to having to ingratiate themselves with a new crowd every so often. However, it's lonely. You don't get to keep childhood friends, you have no rootsPeople ask where you're from and you have to take a deep breath to rattle everything off.If you don't go into the military yourself, you'll never get to go back and visit the places you once lived, as you'll no longer have base access. For all the tourists following the tour next stopNeverWherehttp://boards.fool.com/Message.asp?mid=22920452For the board peeps that don't understand the Off topic nature of this post. This is the Grand Tour 2:What a SEQUEL!. Basically I've gone through all the boards on my current faves list (lurked boards as well as ones I'm a regular. (stay regular, eat more fiber)) and linked them all together in a step by step look at the things that make me laugh, cry, yell, shout, etc. Some may call this vain, some may call this a sandwich, but I like to look at it as fun. The Motley Fool board has been a godsend to me, and I want to share why. Yes, I know I'm preaching to the choir, Yes I know there are some who just won't understand the value. To them I say ppphhhpphhttthhh
