Amazing how this company gets slammed so hard when it was already undervalued before the announcement. Oh well.

I still haven't acquired any QBAK and an sitting out the tech market until the economy shows signs of truly recovering. The market does lead the economy in recoveries but I don't see the market doing anything good until the economy shows leveling followed by improvement. Lowering interest rates will help the economy recover but there are too many other forces (Japan's banking system, energy costs, excess inventory to be worked off, etc...) at work that could really tank the US economy. Until then, the only good stocks I see are the high dividend yield energy issues such as BPT and SFF.

On a positive note, did anybody notice how the float increased from 2.55 million shares to 5.9 million? I didn't see any recent official announcement of an SEC filing to explain this. The information may be buried in an older SEC document such as a 10k that I haven't read yet. At least the "squeeze" factor is going down on QBAK.
