Okay, here goes.

We owe:
Mortgage 120,000 1565/mo.
Home Imp. loan 12,685 304/mo.
Visa 2,722

Monthly Income: 4,560
Groceries: 450-500/mo.
Gas & Electric: 229
Oil: 200 every 2 months
Phones: $90/mo.

3 kids, 1 dog & 1 husband who is compulsive shopper.

Help! We are currently spending more than we earn. Someone doesn't want to give up cable. We have 2 cell phones that we pay ONLY 20cents/min., no monthly charge. He uses his for emergencies. I'm the school contact, and use mine more for my at home business. (About $20/month, local calls)

My oldest needs clothes & is very picky - it has to look right and feel right too. So she has to go with me shopping and try everything on.

They're all in scouts, no sports except for summer rec dept.

What else do I need to lay out in front of my husband (and me) and where do I start cutting?
