Our Tax return was abscounded but first wife. I am goin gto fill out the for 8379. We only recived a refund becuse of the Hope Credit. The HC was solely for school that only I attended. I am looking at the form how will I report this deduction/credit?

Slow down and back up. Who filed the joint return, and where did the refund go? Injured spouse applies when a current spouse's portion of a joint refund is taken to pay the other jointly filing spouse's separate debt. Your post makes it sound like someone stole your refund, which is not an injured spouse issue.
