I reluctantly sold FRDM on 7/9/01 @10.37 as I watched the price slip. I wanted to lock in some gains, but didn't see why the price was fading.

The conference call was interesting (some anger by a couple shareholders) but the fundamental reasons to own this company have not changed. The Christmas holiday season is always the best quarter for any retail, and especially for non-essential retail companies.

Today I was happy to purchase three times the shares I sold three weeks ago. The company looks solid, and nothing I heard on the conference call would lead me to believe that the management of this company is attempting to find ways to lose money for themselves and the shareholders.

HAPPY SHOPPING this coming holiday season.
