As of reading your post, the volume on PCG is about 2.2 million shares. It's average daily volume since Jan. 1 is around 3.8 million shares, so it's not exactly on fire compared to it's normal volume.

Also, PCG (as I'm sure you know) is Pacific Gas & Electric. I assume you've heard about the blackout/brownout problem in California. Well this is the power company largely involved, and they recently filed for Chapter 11. It is my guess that this stock is not exactly going to be a big percentage gainer for a while.
