pah...that's why i tell people i'm a libertarian with a "lowercase l"

As do I. And I agree with Nazdaq's post; casting Libertarianism in the form of a political party seems a bit inconsistent. Given that, I've chosen to be active in my party (GOP), all the while trying to convince my fellow party members to take a more libertarian point of view. This is the only way that I can see to realistically propagate libertarian ideals. The simple fact is we are operating in an imperfect system. However, that system, for the most part, operates. I am the first to point out inconsistencies in principle and action to my fellow Republicans, and I would hope that libertarians of the Democratic persuasion would be inclined to police their own in the same manner.

Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.
