I used to own ValueJet stock, then AirTran. I got rid of it a few years back, because it looked like it would never really amount to much. Right or wrong, after trying to book a flight on AirTran last week, I'm glad I did.I tried to book thru one of the travel websites (travelocity, expedia, hotwire) but I couldn't get a seat map. So I went directly to AT's website, booked the flight, and discovered that I had to pay an extra $6 for a nonpremium seat, and $13 for for a premium seat. I didn't dare ask how much it would cost to sit on the toilet.BK
