A study by Payscale.com concluded that degrees from many university do not pay sufficient return to justify the expense of a college degree.

Engineering schools and Ivy League schools tended to do better, but many liberal arts degrees failed the test. You would be better off to invest in low interest Treasury Bonds.

One would hope those picking colleges and majors will consider the potential return if they expect to earn a living from their college degree.
