This company has a partnership with Omnipoint which is being acquired by Voicestream Wireless. The 50/50 partnership is for several counties in Pennsylvania. They have been marketing the service aggressive as evidenced by the revenue growth. In the partnership, users are able to roam throughout the east coast without roaming charges. This is not your ordinary local phone company. When OMPT is purchased, the ability to roam will probably include the West Coast.

I beleive that the company is being penalized due to the pass through losses on the start-up/build out of the PCS network. Once the revenues cover the depreciation, EPS should move dramatically higher. Further, this stock is where it was a couple of years ago.

Looks like a very cheap way to play the wireless telco boom....
